We offer the top of the line products for better quality. These products include: CND’s shellac and Vinylux. CND has been proven to be more nourishing for the nails as well as longer lasting. Vinylux polish is a long lasting FAST drying polish that is included with all pedicures at no extra cost! Shellac is a gel/polish hybrid giving you a more natural polish look without coming with the difficult removal of all other gel brands, which can cause extensive nail damage to the natural nail plate. With shellac, it’s long lasting and easier for you to even remove yourself at home!

Farmhouse Fresh is our pride and joy product we carry containing safe & natural ingredients! For those that are extra conscious of what they put on their skin, the products are 99.7% natural, Vegan and everything they make is Sulfate and Paraben Free. Each product has a unique scent that almost smells edible!! These products are also provided with our facials! Because Farmhouse fresh is not sold at your local convenience store & for you to extend your spa experience at home, we have provided a retail section in our salon with our most popular products as well as our current seasonal products. The ranch where their products are grown is on a 5 acre site that is also a sanctuary for rescue animals – which means they never test on them – dogs, bunnies, horses, turtles, and donkeys all reside at the FHF Ranch. Appointment Only

Since we are appointment only, we have adjusted our service times to be the appropriate time for you to not feel rushed in and out, but finishing on a timely manner as well. This also prevents you from having to wait for a service.

Late Policy

We carry a strict late policy for the respect of everyone’s time. If our providers can’t complete the service before the next client arrives for their appointment due to the previous client being tardy, the next client is left waiting. This will also affect the waiting period for the rest of the clients in the day.

Sanitation

Our sanitation policy is VERY important. All of our files including or foot files are disposable. Our tools are disinfected with hospital grade EPA then sterilized in our dental office approved autoclave. We provide pedicure basins for easier disinfecting and the prevention of having leftover skin, product build up, toenails and bacteria stuck in a pedicure bowl jet that can cause serious infections to the guest. We do NOT use the well known “cheese grater”!! There is no proper way to disinfect those instruments and on top of the fact, it is removing callus by cutting it off which will in return create thicker, harder to remove callus. We provide a mild salicylic acid callus remover that gently breaks down the callus to help us smooth/file it off with our disposable foot file.

Training

All of our staff is trained to prevent nail damage that can be caused due to nail product removal. We do not over drill the nail to get you in and out quicker. Our girls are also trained to be gentle while performing pedicures to prevent any abrasions or discomfort. During your services, we like to let the client know what our process is such as product knowledge, detail and activity. We also like to educate the client on nail health, other services, and products that we carry for you to extend your spa experience to home.

Communication

Communication! If you are not satisfied with your service or have a specific idea of what you want, PLEASE tell us!! We have gotten feedback from guests that at other locations they are “afraid” to tell them to put more massage pressure or can you fix this nail! You are our guest and we want to assure you are happy!

Welcoming Environment

Our environment is warm, cozy and very welcoming. We keep our staff minimal to prevent a large capacity that could create unrelaxing and unwanted noise. Having a room full of 10+ pedicure chairs and 10+ manicure stations can cause a stressful environment. We want you to come to us to unwind and relax!

Quality

We recognize the term “you get what you pay for” a lot in this industry. That being said, we understand our prices are $5-$10 more than the shopping center nail salons. But without the small increase, we wouldn’t be able to provide the high quality products, continuing education and welcoming environment. We do our best to make that $5-$10 extra worth it to you!

We treat our clients like family. When you come in, we want to know about your day! When you come back, we will remember your kids names!! Maybe.. lol!! If you’re not up for talking, we provide an optional flip sign to let us know! It’s very common to visit us and it feel like a girls get together with all of our providers and guests laughing having just all around having fun!
